How do I start a return?

Order Cancellations

  • All sales are final once an order is placed.

  • We do not allow order cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to ordering the wrong item, size, color, address errors, duplicate orders, or delivery timing.

  • Once an order has been submitted, it immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached as originally applied.

  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, intimate apparel, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


Store Credit

  • Eligible merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns may be completed by mail or in-store within the 14-day window.

  • Store credit codes for mailed returns are issued 4–7 business days after the return is received and approved and will be emailed to the email address on file.

  • In-store returns will receive store credit at the time of return, once eligibility is confirmed.


Return Requirements

  • For mailed returns, please include both the return slip and the original invoice inside your package.

  • In-store returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

  • Returns submitted without required documentation may experience processing delays or denial.


SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.

  • West End Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please contact your local Post Office for delivery issues.

  • Please allow:

    • 3–4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return

    • 3–7 business days for store credit processing after receipt


Final Notes

Returns that do not meet policy guidelines will be declined and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Items purchased between December 1st and December 31st are eligible for return under the same return criteria outlined below through January 15th.
